Chronicles of Astragarh: Dawn of the New World
The Gensai are an interesting race in Astragarh. They themselves are of the elements themselves. While their origin is still in investigation, it is mutually agreed in the community that they appeared when the seasonal gods awoke from their slumber. They claim to be the children of said gods, so perhaps their is merit in what they say. The gensai also believe that they are the heir protectors of Astragarh, and will defend it from evils and to keep the balance of nature in-check.
It appears that the gensai elemental form reflects of the terrain they were born in. While they only have one elemental form from birth. they are capable of changing forms to suit the environment and situation.

Elemental Origin: You were created from the seasonal gods of Astragarh so you are considered an elemental creature for the effects that relate to creature origin.
Elemental Manifestation: Choose one elemental manifestation: earthsoul, firesoul, stormsoul, watersoul, or windsoul. The manifestation is part of your nature. Each elemental manifestation offers particular benefits and provides an associated encounter power. Your appearance changes based on the element you are manifesting.
Earthsoul: You gain +1 racial bonus to your Fortitude defense, a +1 racial bonus to saving throws, and the earthshock power.
Firesoul: You gain a +1 racial bonus to your Reflex defense, resist 5 fire, and the firepulse power.
At 11th level, your resistance improves to 10 fire.
At 21st level, your resistance improves to 15 fire.
Stormsoul: You gain a +1 racial bonus to your Fortitude defense, resist 5 lightnin, and the power of storm power.
At 11th level, your resistance improves to 10 lightning.
